At Sound Electrical Contractors, we started small—with a big desire to do things right.
Founder, Caleb Roskamp, worked for different electrical companies, both here in Port Angeles and over in Seattle. He saw how some companies rushed through jobs, didn’t listen to customers, and didn’t treat their workers very well. He knew there had to be a better way.
When local work dried up, Caleb was faced with a tough choice: leave town for a job or find another path. Instead of moving away, he stayed, studied hard, and opened Sound Electrical Contractors. It wasn’t easy. He started with a small car, acquired tools, and just a few jobs. But he kept showing up, doing good work, and earning trust.
Now, we’re proud to serve homeowners in Port Angeles with professional, friendly, and reliable electrical service. We take the time to listen to your needs, give you clear options, and do the job right the first time.

It's extremely difficult to find electricians who who are willing to take on smaller projects. In our case it was several small projects. They were personable, professional, and made it clear the quality of their work was important to them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
These guys came in and did a great job, rewiring a circuit opened for remodel, added an outside box for lighting with interior switch and added a new dedicated and protected circuit. All done in a day. I recommend them.
